Get paid to care for someone you love
A Paid Family Care Program allows family members or close friends to become paid caregivers for their loved ones through Medicaid-funded home care programs.
Instead of a stranger providing care, your loved one can receive support from someone they trust — YOU.
You do NOT need prior healthcare experience — we provide training.
Your loved one may qualify if they:
Bathing, grooming, hygiene support, dressing help, and safe mobility aid.
Help with doctor visits, pharmacy trips, shopping, and errands.
Meal prep, grocery help, and nutrition support for healthy daily meals.
Medication reminders, pill organization, daily tracking support.
Friendly companionship, conversation, activities, and emotional support.
Light cleaning, laundry, linen changes, and help keeping homes safe.
Once approved:
You become an official caregiver employee (through your agency)
Hours are approved based on the care plan
You submit time via EVV (Electronic Visit Verification)
You receive regular paychecks

Our founders have been providing in-home care for combine 25 years, so we understand what makes a quality caregiver. All our caregivers are first and foremost compassionate people with a heart for seniors. In addition, every caregiver goes through a seven-step screening process, which includes criminal and abuse background investigations.
You’re in control of who cares for you. Before services are started, your professional care coordinator visits you for a free home evaluation. The information he or she gathers is designed to help select your caregiver and make an ideal match-up. Then, we always advise that you have a special face-to-face interview with your potential caregiver. If for any reason this person doesn’t meet your expectations, a simple call to the office is all that’s needed to make a caregiver change. We strive for 100-percent client satisfaction.
